Dr. Albahhar completed his medical internship at George Washington University in D.C.; Dermatology residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York where he served as chief resident during his last year; and Dermatopathology Fellowship at University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Albahhar diagnoses and treats all ages for all dermatological concerns and is a board-certified Mohs micrographic surgeon.

Dr. Waxman graduated from the University of Chicago/the Pritzker School Of Medicine in 1978 and completed her residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1991. Dr. Waxman joined our KMC Dermatology practice in Kansas City, KS shortly after it opened, retiring from the practice in 2021. Dr. Waxman has over 44 years of experience in the medical field. Mrs. Howell is a highly skilled Physician Assistant who graduated from Wichita State University in 2018 with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Upon graduation, she joined KMC, where she completed a year-long fellowship under the guidance of world-renowned physicians. Mrs. Howell is an active fellow of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates.

Mrs. Howell is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients. She specializes in diagnosing and treating non-melanoma and melanoma skin cancers, performing skin cancer removal surgeries, managing a wide range of dermatological conditions, and offering cosmetic injections. Her commitment to her patients to ensure they receive the highest quality of care is at the core of her practice.
Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Howell enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and her beloved 15-year-old cat, Louie. She also enjoys traveling, attending musicals, and discovering new restaurants around Kansas City.
